• Focused AI solution development (Prove)
• Complete AI implementation programmes (Deploy and Scale)

Service descriptions on this website are for informational purposes. Specific deliverables, timelines, and terms for each engagement are defined in individual service agreements signed by both parties.

3. Use of This Website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the site in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations
• Submit false, misleading, or inaccurate information through any form
• Attempt to access restricted areas of the site, its servers, or connected systems
• Introduce viruses, malware, or any harmful code

4. AI Readiness Assessment and Use of Artificial Intelligence

Our online AI Readiness Assessment is a free diagnostic tool. In accordance with Article 50 of the EU Artificial Intelligence Act and the AEPD's guidance on agentic AI systems (February 2026), we inform you of the following:

AI-generated content. The assessment results are generated by agentic AI systems, meaning multiple AI components work together to analyse your responses and produce a personalised brief. The AI models used include services from Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini), and OpenAI (GPT).

Informational guidance only. The assessment output is intended as a starting point for discussion, not as professional advice. It does not constitute a formal consulting engagement and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for business decisions.

No automated decisions with legal effect. The assessment does not produce automated decisions that have legal effects on you or that significantly affect you in a similar way. It does not evaluate, score, or profile you as an individual.

Human review available. You can request human review of your assessment results at any time by contacting us at hello@synaptical.co.

Data handling. Only your assessment responses and company context are processed by AI systems. Your directly identifying personal data (name, email) is not sent to AI providers. Full details are available in our Privacy Policy.

A full engagement with agreed deliverables begins only when a service agreement is signed by both parties.

5. Intellectual Property

Our content

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, methodology descriptions, frameworks, and the Synaptical brand, is our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Client deliverables

Intellectual property rights for work produced during a consulting engagement are defined in each individual service agreement. Our standard practice is that clients retain full ownership of all deliverables, tools, and systems built during the engagement.

Your content

When you submit information through our forms or assessment, you retain ownership of that information. You grant us a limited licence to use it for the purpose of providing our services to you.

AI-generated content

Assessment briefs are generated by AI systems based on your input. You retain ownership of the resulting document. We do not claim intellectual property rights over AI-generated assessment outputs delivered to you.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Spanish law:

• The information on this website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind
• AI-generated assessment results are provided without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on AI-generated content
• Our total liability for any claim related to this website will not exceed the amount you have paid us for services in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €500, whichever is greater
• We are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on AI Readiness Assessment results without a formal consulting engagement

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Spanish law.

7. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any linked sites.

8. Confidentiality

Any business information you share with us through forms, assessments, or communications is treated as confidential. We will not disclose your information to third parties except as required by law, as necessary for AI processing as described in our Privacy Policy, or as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy.

Formal confidentiality obligations for consulting engagements are defined in individual service agreements.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when published on this page. Your continued use of the website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law, including the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689) as applicable. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of this website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.

For consumers resident in the EU, nothing in these terms affects your rights under mandatory consumer protection legislation in your country of residence.
