What data we collect
Contact form and use case list
When you write to us through the contact form or ask for information about use cases in the catalogue, we collect:
- Name
- Email address
- Company name, if you give it to us
- What you are interested in, the use cases you have chosen and your message
Booking a conversation
When you book a call, Google Calendar processes your name, your email address and the time slot you choose.
Web analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand how the site is used and how it performs, in aggregate. They do not use cookies or collect information that identifies you. The data is aggregated and includes pages visited, referral source, device type and browser, approximate location (country or city) and page load speed metrics. These data cannot be used to identify or follow individual visitors.

How long we keep data
- Form enquiries and emails: 12 months from the last contact; after that they are deleted.
- Client project data: the length of the engagement plus 5 years, as required by Spanish commercial law.
- Analytics data: aggregated and anonymous; no personal data is stored.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict or object to its processing, to data portability and to withdraw your consent. To exercise these rights, write to privacidad@synaptical.co. We will reply within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, AEPD) at www.aepd.es.
Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access.
